Willow Tree Equestrian Center

Four different full time or part time trainers at Willow Tree Equestrian Center offer lessons for beginners to advanced riders. Horse training ranges from starting young horses to refining the more experienced horse.  Sound horsemanship, safety, respect for the horse, and practical skills are emphasized in all riding lessons and training programs.  Dressage, Hunter/Jumpers, Driving, Western Pleasure and Trail Riding are only a sample of the disciplines offered.

Wendy Fisher, Trainer and Barn manager joined the team at Willow Tree Equestrian center in 2001. She specializes in the training and instruction of Western riding, Speed events and pleasure driving. Throughout the year she also offers camps and youth educational classes.

Marie Milliman has been with the farm since it’s beginning, specializing in starting young horses under saddle. Marie also offers riding instruction with an emphasis on beginners and dressage.

Karin Bielefeld, who has been instructing for over 30 years brought her experience to Willow Tree Equestrian Center in 1998. Although Dressage and Hunter/Jumpers are her primary interest she enjoys teaching in all aspects of equine discipline.

Tanya Wretzky has a lifetime of experience in Western, English and driving of Draft, Ponies and gaited horses of all types. Her training objectives are to enable both horse and rider to better understand each other through sound training principals and clear techniques.
